Six mile hike. Saw a deer, a giant frog, and a bazillion micro frogs.

Won the 100 (13.96) and long jump (13' 2 1/2") in my age group at the Massachusetts senior games today.  Also got third in the 50 (7.20).  I tweaked my groin a little bit and so scratched from running the 200 – better to live for another day.  Next up: nationals in Grand Rapids, Michigan in one month.
