 5.3 mile trail race  that our running club puts on. Then I handed out the awards.  There's also a 10 mile race that I've done a few times which is much harder and much more technical, but didn't want to make everyone wait around for me to finish before the awards presentation. 🙂

That's over 40 for the week – time to taper for my half in two weeks!
