2.5 mile headlamp run Monday evening with DW.  She has never run in her life until about a month ago when she decided she should be a runner.  Now I literally have to whine and cajole her to slow down.  Trying to convince her that too much, too soon, too fast can lead to possible injuries.  She says it's harder for her to run slow than at, well, my snail-like pace.
