Six miles. Hot and humid.

2.4 this afternoon with DS2.

Morning, time trial.
As usual I packed it in after a mile.
Walked a lap, jogged another mile.
The theory is I have not burned myself
out and can take another shot in the evening.

Evening. The rain showers had ended.
The air was heavy with water, caused something
of an allergy reaction.
The same effort as morning was now 20 seconds slower.
So I backed off a little and went to 5k.
8:30 pace, new SB by about 15 seconds.

Weight still above 240 but getting close to going under.
