10 miles cycling + 60 min elliptical

Bike day!

3.5 gnarly trail miles.

Probably going to stick to the roads from now until fall.  Too buggy in the woods.  Both DW and I had to pull ticks off of our legs when done running.  Shudder.

11K.  Couple of mile pickups and hills. 

[Arrojo]

 3.2 miles. Back to distance running.

[Plugging Along]

3 miles easy, and it felt easy.
15 minutes on the exercise bike.
