12.5 miles in the rain.  It was one of the best runs I've had in ages.

[Plugging Along]

Went out for a 10 miler, after 2 days of rest.
Low 50s and some wind, good conditions.
Felt easy, but was way fast.
Cut it to a hard, but not all out, 4 miler.
32:15, season best by just over a minute.
Walk a lap, jog another mile.

Maybe it is the new, too-snug shoes, but sub 8 pace is getting almost routine.
