2.5 hours on trainer. Nice outside but didn't feel like having to clean bike of all the salt and muck. What fun🙄

3.5 mile trail run with DW. I wasn't feeling it at all.

Later on in the day DW, DS2 and I walked the dogs on the beach and then hiked maybe a mile in the woods.

5k time trial in about 24:40.

The track is finally snow free, good conditions.
5k progression so far has been 28:01, 27:28, 26:26, 25:51, and now 24:40.
7:57 pace. I need about 8:15 for Boston. So, it's a start.

Trudging back and forth on a 150 meter shoveled section of the track in
5 pounds of winter clothes for the last 2 months has actually worked.
