Track workout today!  My first sprint workout in almost 6 months.

Jog 800M
20 minutes dynamic plyo - buttkicks, high knees, Mach A&B skips, grapevines.
4 x 40m strides with increasing intensity, close to top speed.
6 x 150m @ 80% max, 200 rest
Jog 800m

It was ugly but you gotta start somewhere. Only 29 weeks until Outdoor Nationals. Now to head north to ski for a couple of days.
