Track workout today!  First one in over a month.  Of course, with the tracks all covered with snow, I did the sprint workout on the roads.

Jog 800M
20 mins dynamic warmups (high knees, butt kicks, Mach A&B skips, grapevines)

4 x 40m strides of increasing speed, hitting top speed on last one
6 x 150m @75-80% top speed, focusing on form.  150 rest
