Last track workout before the Penn relays on Friday!  I was selected to run at this prestigious event on an M60 4 x 100m relay team.

Jog 800m
20 minutes dynamic warm-ups (High knees, butt kicks, Mach A and B skips, grapevines)
4 x 40m strides of increasing speed, hitting top speed on the last one.
12 x 100m @ 90%
Jog 800m
