Track workout today!   This weekend is the national Masters track and field championships. My hip and glutr are feeling much better, alas just too late for me to compete at nationals.  Next meet is either the New England Masters championships or the Maine senior games, both in two weeks.

Today's workout:
Jog 800, 20 mins sprint drills.
2 sets of 100, 150, 200, 300, all close to 90%.
Jog 800

18K.  Great summer day for a run.

Arrojo, guess your not coming up for the North & Central America and Caribbean Region of World Masters Athletics Championships in Toronto next week then.  I'll be working the 10K road race and walk on Thursday, and then a track session on Friday morning. 

Maybe next year at the WMA Championship then? 
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Not the worlds for me. I'm barely competitive at the National level.  I think the worlds are out of my league. It's a long way to travel to get eliminated in the prelims.
