[Arrojo]

Won the long jump and triple jump and got second in the 100m in my age group at today's New England Masters track and field championships. Of course all the super fast guys were at nationals and worlds which recently completed,  but sometimes it's all about showing up. My first triple jumping since high school 42 years ago. Tweaked my adductor and scratched the 200 as a result to live for another day.
