14 early morning Ks, before I drive from Toronto to Montreal to work a half marathon on this Sunday.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

8 slow miles.  Trying to keep HR down.  It's jacked at speeds 20-30 second slower.
My cycling seems back to normal.
