Track workout today! With all the outdoor tracks covered in snow, ice and slush, I joined the Reggie Lewis track in Boston for three months. It was really empty this morning. I guess most people have to work on Monday mornings, go figure.

20-25 minutes warmup drills.
jog 800m
2x 200m @ 80%, 200 rest.
1x 150m @ 80%, 200 rest.
2 x 100m @85%, 100 rest
5 x 50m with blocks @ 90%
