Rained all night, and then just before dawn the temps dropped below zero give the surface a frosty coat before the precipitation ended.  Made for a bit of a slippery 16.2K.

3.2 miles + 1 hour of strength training with TRX strap and sand bag. Unseasonably warm today and saw a lot of overdressed runners out there.

9 miles down by the river in shorts. Wise enough not to be overdressed!
