Track workout today!

20 minutes dynamic warmups and sprint drills.

7 x 25m with flying start at 98% top speed. A "maximum velocity" workout. Five minutes rest then I did a 200M at 80%.

Nationals in 11 days.

A Super Tuesday 12K that did not feel super. Feeling muscle soreness from flinging 100+ cases of water and other race equipment around at a Half Marathon set up last Sunday.  :old:
