I did 56 minutes (a 1 minute bonus so I could get back to the office a bit more quickly) with 5X 45 hill reps (at 6-7%).

Found a half dozen still packaged syringes and a plastic bag of unused "dime bags" on the side of the path running through a park just .5K into my run. Gathered everything up and threw them into the nearest trash container.
