Lunchtime MLR: 5 in 44 w/ no quality goals, no looking at watch.  Gorgeous out and apparently cooler than Boston  8)

7.4 miles at lunch time trail run to beat the afternoon winds--just kicking up now. Red Flag warning, as it's dry and warm and vegetation hasn't greened up much yet. Good easy run though, got in some decent hills.
I'll stick to running, thank you.

I hope it doesn't spark anything Coyote.  Nice run.  I did a strength workout this evening: deadlift and bench.  I deadlfted a ton of weight for the first time in a while (had been sticking to lighter single leg Romanians, etc) and bench.  Tomorrow's run is going to be interesting.

13.66K. Breezy and cool. At least it was mostly sunny.

7.39 miles before lunch with all the same ole above. I'm guessing you are Conifer Evergreen area? Very green down here at 5600 feet.

Yes close, and here it is starting to get green quickly as well.
