Ran a mile up to the woods, then did a couple of miles on the trails before running home. Over 80 degrees, blecch!

8.7 in Boulder, 82 and breezy. After about 5.5 miles did 2X 1 min, 2X 45 sec, and 2X 20 sec fast for some speed work.

I'll stick to running, thank you.

XT day so 2 hours rototilling and 40 minutes EZ on the bike.
