Ran a 5K race. There was no starting gun, it was start at your leisure for social distancing. First time in more than a month I've run outside and it was hot lol Finished in 19:13, fastest I've run in probably 12-13 years! Can't wait till it cools down outside so I can put in some more miles.

Great job kawasa! I haven't run a sub 20 5K since the Reagan administration.

Today I ran an unknown distance for just over 53 minutes. Brutally hot out there.

Got on the road around 10am this morning to miss the afternoon heat. 22.5K.

A nice 66 degrees F this morning let me really enjoy my 80 minute easy run in areas I haven't run through before.  Wasn't sure where I was until the very end when I saw a familiar park from a wholly new direction.
