[Arrojo]

Track workout today on my first day of retirement! Except that after jogging 1.5 miles through the woods to the track, there were literally dozens of kids sitting on the grass next to the track none of them were wearing masks. I think it's a soccer camp. Yeah, no thanks.

So I turned it into a fartlek run, doing 45 second pick ups with 90 seconds rest on the roads.
