Didn't work out so well.  Dropped out before halfway (when he was already well off pace) and ended up making an unscheduled trip to the hospital.  The letsrun folk haven't done a very good job of hiding their disdain and he's naturally getting beat up pretty good on the message boards.

But he doesn't seem to like leaving things unfinished and will most assuredly be back.  He still has a ways to go to demonstrate that he's in the same league as Kouros, but if anyone can pull it off, he can.  This is a very different venture from what he's used to and will be interesting to follow.  But I do hope he continues to pursue it.

I didn't follow it closely, but saw that he did not make it. He's fine by me, and has done some amazing things--what letsrun I hates I like, sometimes just out of spite for them.
I'll stick to running, thank you.

Alas I did not.  It was only open to Kilian and a few other norwegian elites.  Totally would've crushed it though!  :runner:
