Coyote Mas Loco

Ran 70 minutes (8.7 miles) in t-shirt and half tights over trails under bright sunshine. With Colorado that means 3 more months of winter (6 weeks is meaningless, and usually the snowiest most gnarly months are March and much of April).
I'll stick to running, thank you.

No shadows here. I ran 3.2 miles in the rain with all gray skies. Guess we might have an early spring!  Well, I'll believe it when I see it. This is the Seattle area after all.

Local albino groundhog, Wiarton Willie did not see his shadow today. Cold wind blowing again on 12K run commute.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

We'll be back for some of that snow in March, and with that report, maybe again in April.

5km "easy run" except I ran with a buddy so it was one notch harder than true easy... but also still conversational pace.
Felt almost perfect. A little short on planned minutes but I'll make that up tomorrow:)

HR stayed where it needed to, mostly zone 2 with a hint of z3.

16*C and 34%RH for the afternoon.
Followed it with a short 30 minute spin on the mountain bike before dark.
