2 mile jog. Cold rain.

4K and some change, 90% tech trail, plus some asphalt. Gorgeous evening. 24*C and 38%.

Tried to push the pace a little and the legs said, 'meh, let's just chill and enjoy the trail'.

So that's what we did.
