5 mile lunch run with hills and a sustained wind of around 20mph.  Yikes.

4.4 km Lunch run, also with hills.

Made it a hill repeat workout although I didn't repeat any hills. Just sprinted up the short climbs on my regular trail. Took it easy the rest of the course.

13*C and 53%. Partly cloudy and beat the rain which just rolled in!
