Track workout today!

Jog 800 m, 25 minutes dynamic stretching and sprint warm-up drills.

6 x 100m, 2 x 150m @75-80%

I felt slow. It's a combination of three things – I'm old (turning 62 in a few weeks), haven't sprinted in a year, and I am sore and tired from working out six days a week.

It's all good. No reason to beat myself up - I'll get there.
