Body was feeling the first bike ride of the season yesterday, and the heat and humid yesterday and even hotter today. 16K.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Body was still feeling Friday’s bike ride (rib injury) but got a nice progressive 5k power walk. (Started super easy and worked up to moderate).
