that's not recovery, that's training!

meager 1.55 miles for myself with only mild asthma issues (no inhaler used - just wheezed for a while).
The scientific consensus might, of course, be wrong. If the history of science teaches anything, it is humility. But our grandchildren will surely blame us if they find that we understood the reality of climate change and failed to do anything about it.

Hah! I no longer go all out racing the marathon. It's like a long tempo run. I certainly feel it after, and I'm doubting I could push it more than a few seconds per mile faster. So recovery is usually faster than my yoots racing days.
