3.25 run/walk on the beach.
Less than half of it was run.
Did two short intervals at 200-220 cadence trying to match cadence of the sand Pipers (they must be running over 300spm)

Feels like the knees are going to take a little longer to heal 100% but still plan to run my road 5k in 5 days...
