Bit of a skating rink out there this morning, but warmed up above freezing fairly quickly, before the deep freeze from western Canada moves in tonight. 21.3K

Got a nice even 10k today, "strides" on the trail. Ended up with my 30 second efforts on the most tech section, but still pushed through and got in 8 solid intervals.
8*C cloudy 70% humidity.
Then the sun came out and I met up for a mountain bike ride on the same trail (22.5 km)
