Mountain training is back!

11km up some steep stuff and then back down.
Ran first 3k (8-10%), hiked next 2k (power-hiked the two 15% grade sections).

Not acclimated to the altitude yet but by HR can still get to normal threshold. By tomorrow probably won't be able to get it up that high.

Counting down 33 days to my target race for the summer
