4K trail run (home trail)

Good first 1K but faded a bit after that.
Wanted to go for a course PR but couldn't hold the pace.

26*C 64%RH.

jogged short distance, did not need inhaler,  did not fall down, did not have heart attack.


have to accept needing drugs the rest of my life in order to function.
The scientific consensus might, of course, be wrong. If the history of science teaches anything, it is humility. But our grandchildren will surely blame us if they find that we understood the reality of climate change and failed to do anything about it.
