Ran a 5K on a horse track. So dead flat. Sunny and a warm 75°F, light winds.

Planned to run the 8K being staged on the track with about 90 minutes later on, but a work issue got in the way and I had to leave immediately after the 5K.

16 k in three sessions on two trails. Before and after a bike race (in which I landed on my shoulder, might keep my miles down for a week or so).

This was the long run 4 weeks ahead of a trail half marathon I'm aiming for.

Let's see how the shoulder heals up.

And.... I want to do a horse track 5k!!!
