9.1 miles with 4X 3 min CV effort, then 60, 40, 20 sec getting progressively faster. First rep and a half were up, the latter part was flat on top of a dam. Green Mountain (a grassy hill at just about 7,000'), SW of Denver about 10 miles is still green. Typically it is brown by now. Lots of rain in 2023.
