Mid afternoon 10K run after morning rain. Compared to what they are getting down south, I'll take it.


Legs a little stiff and took a while to get loose.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Another gray but dry day here on Puget Sound. Temp was up at 63°. I did an easy 5 miles today.

9.3 miles with 10K Bolder Boulder road race. Ran 40:08, 1st in age and new record for age group. I really wanted to break 40 but that last (uphill) mile thwarted those plans
