Rain last night, but gone today and beginning to warm up. 64° during my 5 miles today. I've been sprinkling in a few fartleks each run lately and it's interesting to see the VO2 Max in my run data slowly edge upward. Who'da thought that possible toward the last quarter of my 77th year.
