Pre ran the 5K route for tomorrow's Run for the Cure race to which I am in charge of the route. 12K+ runners and walkers expected. Needed to confirm my K marker placements.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Ran a half marathon, 1:24 and some, 1st in age group. 1.5 mile warm up and 2.2 mile (very slow) cool down.
