Nice sunny day with temps just below freezing and a bit of a windchill. Still nice enough that I was able to pick up the pace a bit, and my Garmin said I did a Tempo workout for 16.25K.


Also got in 2.3K worth of ice skating later on in the afternoon. Wind picked up and I could almost glide eastward with arms outstretched like a sail.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
