3 miles. Rain before.  Rain after. No rain during.

Beautiful Spring Easter Sunday. Started cold, but slowly warmed up. Changed over from snow tires to all seasons on my car. 16.8K run mid afternoon.

9K pseudo-long run. Trails in great shape after just a half inch rain yesterday morning had been soaked right up. Got to do a few 1 minute fartleks at the end. 22*C and sunny.

Saw the Easter Bunny. Twice. Same place on the trail both times through! He seemed nonchalant.

Maybe it was just a regular rabbit.

I did 8 miles on Sunday with 8X 200 at a moderate pace (5K or so effort for most of them), to get some leg turnover for upcoming races.
Ran just under 53 miles last week, with 6 days of running and 1 day off. It was kind of a bumpy week, with a lot going.
