Worked a 5K/10K race in the morning, an hour west of Toronto. Got home ate, took a long nap, the out for 10K. Nice warm early evening.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Ran a 5K race. Kind of hilly, about 50F and sunny. 17:51. I'm starting to feel more like I'm racing and not just surviving.
