Evening run start with some occasional drizzle, then off and on showers, finally a steady light rain. 8.5K

Trail 5k across town - "left it all on the trail".
Ran a good iso HR, power dropped in 2nd half but I held on for 4th in AG to match my 4th from last week.

33c (91f) so not as hot as I expected (but still, plenty hot & humid).

6 miles and strides. About 80°F and not too humid. Flat by what's standard here but still had some hilly sections.
