4 miles. 72° and sunny so I did my mostly shady route.

4.3 miles total. It was a nice 75°F low humidity. I did a ten minute warm up then some repeats followed by a ten minute warm down. I'm running a mile race next Thursday and I'm trying to get my legs moving faster.
