Another gorgeous summer weather day. Though some wildfire smoke is suppose to come in late afternoon.

It's gray skies and mid 60°s F here today. Very comfortable.

4 miles. Great weather again. I wanted to do a speed work session but after spending the whole day going to pick up a food concession trailer for my farm I didn't have time.

Haven't run much lately but did do a 10k trail run local race and forgot to post it up...

Performance-wise it wasn't awful but also wasn't what I'd hoped, especially on the descents where I thought I could go faster (and have before on the same trails).

Results- won my AG and have set the AG "course record" as this was the inaugural running. (5th overall, which moved me up to 2nd in the weekend series standings)
