Ten miles! My longest run in basically 20 years and my most elevation gain since I've been able to keep track of that. I have to take a few days off because tomorrow I get my Ocrevus infusion for my MS so I figured I'd make it a good run. Weather was a bit warm for fall but it was definitely a good run.

6km 11*C (52F) overcast but early enough to beat the fog rolling in.

Mostly easy pace with a couple of tempo/sprint sections to try for a PR.

Afterwards noticed nagging heel discomfort is back, might be a stress fracture as it's been an issue off and on the last few weeks.
