Managed to stay upright through all 3 miles of my run today on a perfect grayish 68° PNW day.

7 mile progression run. I really only planned on making it a 7 mile run but it felt right and the weather was perfect.

Little bit warm today, but perfect day for baseball and for the Blue Jays to get the sweep over Tampa Bay Rays and win the tough AL East. Made it home from my 21.6K run to see the final outs and post game celebration.
