9 mile race, the Run For the Diamonds. Was a pretty stacked field this year, I got 24th in 51:53. PRs in the 5K(16:57) and 10K(35:30) along the way. I was happy with my time and won my age group!

Congrats Kawasa, that's an historic and big time race, and way to go for your PBs at 5 and 10!

I ran in a local city turkey trot, one of a dozen or so, around one of the lakes. Less than a month from the marathon not 100% and I felt it after a mile with HR spiking at about 97% Max so I ran the last 5.2 at closer to threshold effort. Just under 41 for 10K, top 20 overall and 1st in age group.

Congratulations kawasa and Coyote on the AG wins.  :rah:

Just another Thursday in Canada, with the windchill making it feel just a few ticks below freezing. 12K
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Wow, congrats on the PBs!

Amazing numbers Kawasa - considering you just started putting in the work again not long ago that's amazing.

Coyote, I hope full health returns well before your marathon.

I should have been more clear, this is post-marathon recovery. Nothing on the horizon.

Oh, haha.  I did wonder why you were running two so close together but you are a fitness machine, so...

I'm still recovering from Chicago circa 2005.
