I had to take an unplanned day off yesterday because I tweaked my back putting the plow on my tractor Monday night.

I was a bit tight today but got a good workout in. 1.5 mile warm up, 4 miles at 6:10 pace, 3x300 at mile pace w/ 300 jog between, and a 1 mile cool down for a total of just over 8 miles. It was about 25°F and my mustache froze.
