A couple ticks colder, and road traffic is creating more slippery brown sugar type snow on the roads. Still got 10.6K done.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Been a cold couple of weeks. It was about 5 degrees this morning. Did 7.2 miles. I have been running every other day or so, and xc skiing on the other days.

On the treadmill of course, it's 8°F and I spend enough time outside all day. Just under 9 miles at a relaxed pace with hill pick ups at marathon pace.
