It was raining most of the morning here with the temperature of about 50°F. After the rain stopped, I got a 5 mile run in.

8.1 miles over hill and dale on the cross country ski trails, which are now used for hiking and off-road biking. Nice morning, a bit humid, in the 50s. Severe thunderstorms with possibility of large hail and tornadoes are expected this evening.

First time this season with temps above 70°F. Rain was kind enough to end by the afternoon. 10.6K

It rained early in the morning, so I waited an hour or so after I got up to run.  Very windy, 38F for reals w/26F feels like.  I did 2 miles with the first mile mostly uphill and then back the same way to our house.  Felt sluggish after taking Wednesday and Friday off last week due to life.
