Warmer still at 71°F this morning when I did my 4 mile easy run.

It finally warmed up, 50s at the start, 60s by the time I finished today.

13.5 miles with the first mile very easy (but stiff legs as usual), about 3 miles at 8:00 pace then brought it down to 7:40-45 for the rest of the way. Working on getting strong for those longer runs.

50°F felt like 40°F with the wind but the sun felt nice.

I set out from the in laws house and got 5.4 hilly miles. Felt awesome. I signed up for a 5k this coming weekend.
